Hello, I wonder if I have ended up a hostage of the Express Entry Submission System.

My timeline:

November 13, 2016
I create my EE profile on and get 435 points.
Later that month I hear the news that the CRS system will be updated on November 19 which will have some favorable changes.
So...
November 30, 2016
I go to my profile, and see new questions in the Education form.
I know that I am supposed to get additional 30 points for my 3-year program at the Canadian College.
I answer all the new questions and resubmit.
I wait for a while for the system to recalculate, check my points: they are still 435.

December 3, 2016
CIC sends an email telling me that the system was updated on November 19, and that I should go and answer additional questions that were added.
I go to my profile again. I see the buttons for the forms all read "Update".
I go through all the forms: no new questions except in the Education form, which I already answered in on November 30.
I save (even though I made to changes) and resubmit.
I wait for it to recalculate, check again: still 435 points.

My question is:
In light of the fact that the system is notoriously glitchy and they basically use the users as testers of it
Do I have to go ahead and recreate my EE profile in case I have became a victim of a system glitch?
Or do I just trust the system and just let it be?

Thank you everyone who would want to help me.

What were your answers for these questions:

1 -Was this degree, diploma or certificate:
from a public post-secondary school, such as a college, trade/technical school, university or CEGEP (in Quebec)
from a private post-secondary school that operates under the same rules as public schools
a diplôme d'études professionnelles (DEP) or an attestation de spécialisation professionnelle (ASP) earned through a qualifying study program of at least 900 hours from a private school in Quebec, or
a Bachelor's, Master's or Doctorate degree from a Canadian private school that can legally award degrees under provincial law. (The student must have been enrolled in a study program that led to a degree as set out by the province.)
Help

2 - Was more than half the study program English or French as a second language courses?

3 - Did XXX study in Canada based on an award that required them to go back to their home country to apply their knowledge and skills? This includes some awards from Global Affairs Canada.

That's the problem then. The second question is asking whether half of your courses were ESL or FSL courses (courses intended for you to learn or improve your English/French)

Answer should be "no". You will get your points within 24 hrs.

Cheers :)
