Hi we had applied for a tourist visa from Tanzania on January 30 and it was refused on February 2. Reapplied on March 5 with documents that were missed the first time( property, business licence and more proof to show ties to home country) wrote a very strong cover letter and crossed our fingers! Had applied for Caips notes and went from there. Now it has been past the average time for Nairobi to process. Would that be a good thing? It took no time the first time to refuse. I am wondering if I should send an email for a specific case? Do you have to mail or courier your passport if requested or could a person go in person and have it stamped? Getting ahead of myself I know but getting anxious! We were hoping to have them here for Easter! By the way, process time in Nairobi is average 9 days. It said it was submitted on the 5 and read on the 6 of March. Thanks!

And the email would be for...... ???

Call centers don't have access to applications specifics nor any other information besides what is given in myCIC.

Usually there is no "in person" kind of thing. But you will have to double check with the corresponding VAC.
