Hi all,

This is the situation: I send my app back in Aug and I got a communication in Sept asking me to redo a form. They game me 30 days to resend it. I did resent it back and they received it back in Oct 10. Now, I checked the online tool with the file number on the communication received in Sept. and it shows:

Permanent Residence
  1. We received your application for permanent residence on August 14, 2017.
  2. We started processing your application on September 22, 2017.
Now, it is the first time I used the online tool, I called CIC and the automated system tells me that the app was received Oct 10. Now I havent received the AoR, still not able to talk to a live person, I am lost.

It is the app good to go? Did they sent it back? What happened? Anyone knows?

They are doing what they said in the message you posted. They started processing your application on 22nd September. That means they are looking at it now, presumably assessing the Sponsor at this stage. Next step is to tell you whether the sponsor has been approved or not then request Schedule A and a Medical on the PA etc.
 
You should call CIC or ask your spouse to call at this number 1-888-242-2100 and put you on the conference when they direct the call to the agent and talk to the agent, ask the required queries.You have to wait for nearly half an hour to connect to the agent and for that time they are going to put you on hold so have patience while calling.
