A bachelor degree is mandatory to apply for PNP as a Software Engineer? How WES would evaluate a local Diploma level course for qualifications?

I don't have higher CRS score and IELTS to apply EE.

Have you been approved for a study permit as you want to take another masters and you already have a masters. If you have a masters (field), why can’t you apply for SINP now.

I am to apply, but I don't have license. Before getting my license, I will go for studies. Then, when my total experience is counted at the time I apply for SINP after getting license which will many months, it will be less than 10 years.

So coming back to original question, is there a way to keep my points for work experience when I apply SINP?

If you don’t have 10 years experience you don’t get the points.
