A-1520-BF-Can I provide my mobile bill as the proof of your address in Quebec?

Hi need help from you:

I'm sponsoring my husband and am preparing the document A-1520-BF. For the proof of my address in Quebec, there is one option as "Facture ou état de compte d’une compagnie de câblodistribution." Can I provide my mobile bill for this option? I can't provide the rest proof, and seems as this one is the only proof that I could provide in this section.

Unfortunately you can`t use a mobile phone bill.

Hydro bill
Pay stub
cable bill
notice of assessment
Drivers license.

I know of persons the provided an apartment Lease and were denied they seem to be very specific.

do not trigger extra questions from the immigration side add all type of proofs ,in principle thats what they ask for :

For an address change
Proof could include

• a copy of a bill with your name and new address on it
• a copy of a new driver’s license with your new address on it
• a rental agreement
• the deed to a home

You should include as much information to support your claim as you can.
