When someone send the documents to WES, they get the reference number already, right? Why do you have to wait until the ECA is completely done?
I don't have a profile yet but I wonder if it's possible to do that while waiting for ECA from WES!

without a competed WES evaluation you have no way of knowing whether or not you have any education points.

Sorry, kind of a silly question... what time do they usually release news regarding a new draw? It's now 2:15 pm PST, any chance there might still be a 9th draw later in the evening?

My score is 462... I think I stand a decent chance to receive an ITA on the 9th draw or 10th, hopefully!

thanks for the response.. yes, and my question was what time do they 'typically' make the draw and publish results? Morning, night...etc.

In my local time, it's usually between 22:00 and 02:00 (GMT-3).
So, in a few hours we'll know if there will be a draw tonight.

I strongly believe there'll be a draw tonight. And yes, I triple check my profile whenever I update it!

I think this month deserves 3 draws... on 8th, 15th and 29th. And I'm wondering when (or even if) they'll issue at least 2K ITAs in a draw... that would be great.
