Hi guys,
I came to Canada in April 2010 and worked for a consulting company for 6 months. In Nov 2010, I changed my job and joined a Canadian company on a 3 years WP with an approved LMO.
Technically I completed my 2 years in April 2012 but I did not apply under CEC category as I did not have proper reference letter / employment letter for my 6 months of experience. So I decided to complete my two years of experience with the second company and apply in Dec 2012.
Now I have following question -
1. In one of the form where you are asked to provide your 3 years of experience in Canada, I have mentioned 6 months of experience ( April 2010 - Nov 2010) and have attached the proof of employment which does not comply with the requirement for CEC.( It does not contain what my salary is, working hours and job duties)
I dont want to include that 6 months of experience (April 2010 - Nov 2010) in my application due to lack of proper reference letter.
How do I make sure that VO is aware of it and he/ she only takes Nov 2010 - Dec 2012 experience into account when I worked for second company.
2. Do I need to attach any explanation letter so that there is no confusion?
