I was also able to update my application. They even added points for sibling and deducted points for age as today is my birthday.

I agreed.. dont want to say no to CIC. Whats wrong in answering few questions for their research purpose. (hardly took 2-3 mins)

When they say that they are going to distribute NOI then at that very moment create new profile.

Above is purely my opinion.

If your existing profile is one month old then create a new profile straight away. Basically for ONIP your profile should be new/latest created.

My profile is 6 months old, I will wait for few draws and see the trend. Meanwhile also again giving IELTS for CLB 9.

At 403 you can wait till next 3-4 draws for direct ITA. But to be on a safer side create new profile so that at-least you get NOI. Ontario have some quota for HCP stream and if that is finished then they will stop sending NOI's. No one knows when that quota will be full.

Just update your profile. There is a new section under "Work History"... just edit/update and after that submit your profile..
