Hi Friends

I am currently having 368 CRS points along with my wife. I am also working remotely for a canadian company for 2 years
but the process of LMO was complex and my company has told me that they will not be able to get it and that I could
try for the express entry all by myself, thus I lost out on the 600 points. Now that I am in the pool, any insights on
what should I do would be great, any suggestions?

THanks again
Have a nice day.

You could increase your IELTS points. Has your wife taken a language test? If not - then she should. Has your wife had her education evaluated? If not, she should.

Hello there,

To suggest how you can improve your score, anyone would like to know a little about your profile. To start with,

What is your IELTS score (Reading, Writing, Speaking, and Listening) Please specify individually
Your date of birth
Highest education
number of years of work experience
please specify if your spouse has given IELTS, if so please specify the scores, also education, and work experience.

There are few options apart from Express Entry to immigrate to Canada.

Cheers,
RP

So both me and my wife have 8/9 and both of us are WES validated, I have a Engineering in IT with 9 years of experience,
while she did her bachelors in Iran under BIHE univerisity [not recognized by WES] and MSc in India [recognized by WES].

What PNP would you recommend? Please note that I am already working for a Canadian company remotely for 2 years now
hence I do not need a job.

not sure working remotely for a Canadian company counts as Canadian work experience though if that was what you were thinking but maybe others have a view.

You're right. Working remotely for a Canadian company outside of Canada counts as foreign (not Canadian) work experience.

I believe your Canadian experience counts only if you were working under an organization registered in Canada and you were filing taxes in Canada for the duration of work

Ask yourself which province you want to settle in first.

Canadian experience only counts if your job is based in Canada, doesn't matter if its Canadian-owned company.

But if you can apply for a transfer within your company to Canada, you can get away with work under ICT WP first, then use CEC after 1 year.
