The Canadian Registered Nurse Examination Prep Guide. 5th Edition, authored by Canadian Nurse Association. You can order it on line. I just received mine today. It's CAD 150+ if you are a member. but it is more than CAD 350 if you are not a member. Price includes shipping and varies depending on the shipping destination. I asked CNA to deliver mine to the address of my sister in the US, and asked my sister to mail it to me here in Riyadh through USPS. I ordered it last August 31, and received it just few hours ago, September 6.
hello aspire,jz want to ask if how do we become a member so that we can purchase the book at a lower price?thanks and GOD BLESS US ALL!!!

Hello,
You've mentioned in your post that your chances to be eligible in Manitoba is highher than in Alberta, you see I'hve applied for registration in Alberta also but I was referred to take the SEC Assessment but if in Manitoba I can og directly to taking the CRNE, I'm very much willing to apply again for registration inManitoba, pinapractice na rin ba sa Manitoba ang SEC if hindi kasi apply na lang uli ako? Thank you.

Hi Sultani, Sorry I have mixed Tagalog and English language. We call it Taglish. Anyway, i just want to clarrify if its possible to register for CRNE exam both in Alberta and manitoba at the same time. However my place of landing is Alberta as permanent resident. I will work for a while in Alberta as Assistant Nurse while waiting for my Eligibility to take the exam in Alberta and manitoba if lucky. If eligible in Alberta is approved I will permanently settle there but if not then I will go for manitoba since my chances of being eligible there is high. What do you think of my plan? Is it feasible? Many thanks Sultani for your substantive advise.

Hi sultani, thanks for your substantive reply. Ask ko lang possible ba na magparegister ako both Alberta and Manitona for Registration ng sabay at para makapagtake ng CRNE exam sa Manitoba na Alberta. Maglaland kc ako sa Alberta at dun muna ako magstay and maghanap ng work for a while. If may eligibility na ko Manitoba then take ako CRNE at transfer sa Manitoba later on? Pwede ba yun? Thanks.

Get eligibility from any nursing profession regulating body of any of the Canadian provinces. Once you are eligible to take the CRNE, it does mean that you are in the Graduate Nurse Register of the province where you had applied.Once you are in the GN Register, you are entitled for discounts for the reviewers that you will purchase from CNA (Canadian Nurses Association)

CPRNE. You will not be allowed to take the CRNE since you do not have a BSN.

would they really concider 1 year of work experience? has anybody been approved despite having short work experience?

Hi CarribRN ,

Thanks for your reply ,

Anyway I have 4 years work experience , is it sufficient?,

Please let me know any other province will allow the 3 year GNM for crne exam.

Thanks,
Sja

Hi All ,

I have one more doubt ..

Previously the IELTS requirement was 6.0 in each module with 7.0 in speaking
Now I came to know from the following link that IELTS requirement is 6.5 in each module and speking 7.O

cno.org/international_en/reqs/req4_lang/testing

Is this correct?

YES this is correct, for you to be able to get a score of 16 according to my consultant

Hi dgm ,

I have overall 7 and speaking 7.5

But I have 6.0 in writing

Am I not eligible for fluency requirmenet for CRNE or CPRNE?

Awaiting reply

Hi astoja, I think sa Manitoba mas linient sila. How many years of experience ka na pala as a Nurse at san ka nag graduate? bakit kailangan ka magtake ng SEC assessment? Thanks.
