Can somebody please tell me if the supporting documents like transcripts, birth certificate, PCC, etc., need to be submitted for a non-accompanying spouse too? I am not claiming any points for him.

thanks, john5655, but my question was are those documents needed for a non-accompanying spouse. His name is mentioned in my application as a family member, but he is not accompanying me. So, would the documents need to be submitted for him too? I know all dependents have to undergo medicals regardless of whether they accompany you or not, but do they insist on documents also? Can somebody who has been through this please reply?

hi.....

one part of the question has already been answered i.e. regarding PCC.....yes it will have to be done whether or not you spouse will accompany you now or not or some time later.

Regarding other educational certificates......if you are getting 67 and above without claiming points of spouse education then you need not submit his transcripts but it you reach 67 with spouse education then you will have give to his transcripts too.................
