Just mail to Indian VFS. They will take care of stamp and give it back to you. My TRA visa was approved by Ottawa and should be sent to Ottawa. I found local VFS and they sent back to me with a stamp visa, no one really cares where you got the visa stamped because their system already generated it and system is shared in IRCC internal system whether in canada or any Canadian embassies. Just have to get your letter and photos and send to VFS
OH but it is clearly mentioned that Singapore embassy has to do it, I have mailed cic about change, should i wait for the reply or directly contact vfs now?
My TRV visa clearly says please send it to Ottawa and also a location on it. But I sent to VFS and they stamped it. More than one friends had same experience. Any embassy can print it for you. Especially VFS is a service and u pay for it
I checked with VFS , they said only embassy can help, get confirmation mail from them
I have never checked with VFS. I gave them my passport and stamp letter. Two weeks later, I received my passport with visa
Today I see that it changed back to "Submitted" but still no PPR email. Can anyone who got the ghost update earlier comment whether the status would continue to remain "Updated" or would change back to "Submitted" in their case?
I had seen updated in my profile and it changed back to submitted and I have been waiting for the golden email for few months!!! Good luck....

looks like it is a case wherein they need additional checks.You can compare with someone else's report to double check the report format, as I know, cic removed "security screening" from the notes they sent to us.
