I have register to this forum only to convey my message to all NOC 2121 applicants who have (atleast) filed thier application after 16 Nov 2012.
Today i have got my application returned given a reason that its reached after the CAP was filled.
It is sad but i think we need to keep our faith and apply in july 2012 if our NOC stays

Please do share what you have received. what is the reason behind refusal of your case. please share with us the letter and its lines that you got along with your refused file. if you won't mind plz post the letter sent to you by CIO.

my friend don't create any panic in this forum,i know a person who got PER in noc 2121 that person applied in last week of november, u told me that after 16 november cap was filled,how it is possible that u were refused , so plz show me ur letter im having some doubt.

Hello Koel,

Ragini is right. I don't think anybody wants to create panic. My 2121 application reached CIO on Nov 3rd, 2011 and I got my package back last week. The letter said the cap was reached. It was dated Jan 9th, 2012. It is wise to get prepared for 2012. I believe the noc is capped sometime in the last week of October 2011.

dear friend, i told them to share letter with us if they are fake then don't show if they are true then they 100% show their letters to us .
