My MP’s office replied that they are handling a high volume of inquiries and are prioritizing immigration cases that have exceeded normal processing times or involve urgent circumstances.
I find this disappointing, as waiting almost 10 months without even receiving an AOR should itself deserve some attention.
Maybe you should call ircc tomorrow and tell them that you wanna make enquires about your application
That was the first thing I did. I called them and sent webform but got generic answers

Yes that is your Permanent Application Number G#. now you should be able to link you application on GCKey.

Submitted PR May 22 including family with two kids 3 and 8. Family is in Bangladesh still.
Received temporary XG August.
Did not receive AOR yet.
Called IRCC and mentioned it is still in progress at their end and 10 months more left for final decision.

If i am not wrong, the ways we can track their applications is from our gc key account, or calling IRCC to check about their status or raise webform to update the status. I don't think we can check it their applications like main applicants.
