2025 PR Application Timeline

Hi everyone,
I'm new here and have been following this thread for a while. I was hoping to get your opinion based on your experience.
My timeline:

PR Application Submitted: April 17, 2025
Permanent AOR :jan 2025
Updated forms requested and submitted: June 2026
Biometrics Request: June 2026
Biometrics Completed: June 18, 2026
Police certificates requested and submitted: June 2026
July 10 2026 30days added to submit requested documents which I already did

Background check: In progress

I haven't received my pre-arrival yet.
Based on your experience, when do you think I can expect my pre-arrival? Has anyone had a similar timeline? Any insights would be greatly appreciated.

Very crazy. Mps office three months ago said that criminality and completeness check was ongoing...I haven't received anything yet.

As of today, I got a BIL (August 6, 2025), I made an appointment tomorrow, I wish everyone patience

It’s difficult to understand the pattern, cause till AOR I was receiving everything in sync with other but no BIL although I am July 15. Are there possibility of old biometrics being used which were give for work permit renewal? Or maybe cause my dependents are inland. Soo confused right now.

i don't think they will use old biometric for PR application. i think they request for new biometric for PR application. however for TR application biometric is valid for 10 years.
you can check your biometric if it's still valid or not expired.

But I think if they would have used TR application biometrics it would have shown as biometrics completed, but it’s showing in progress. Anyways all we can do is wait.

They definitely want fingerprints for me like this

I gave it for a visa in June 2023

I applied for asylum in December 2023

Now it is requested again! It is not required for a work permit, yes, but it is definitely required for Pr.

With Application Number . Make sure you put correct place of birth exactly you mentioned on form while applying . let me know after what you see on gckey once linked
