that means your background check hasn't started yet. i won't start until you provide biometric. wait for Biometric Instruction Letter from IRCC to give biometric.

We all need to realize the entire PR process takes years. The 2023 applicants are still waiting! Take things easy and go about your life pending whenever you get an update from IRCC.
