Is there any shared Excel file for tracking the process for receiving AOR and the other steps for those who apply in 2025

You don’t need to call IRCC or contact anyone for your application number. First, they will send you a temporary application number (starting with "XG", like XG1234567890). After a few days, they will send you your permanent application number, which is the same as the XG number but without the "X"—for example, G1234567890.
You can only link your PR application to your GCKey account once you receive the permanent application number (the one starting with "G").
Until you link your application to GCKey, you won’t be able to check your status online.
If you applied for PR through a lawyer, the lawyer will receive the application number by email. You need to ask them for the number and let them know that you plan to link the application to your own GCKey account.

Yes, I called Ircc they said my application is in queue. This meat it’s waiting completeness check

Hi,I have question. Im protected person, applied for pr in March 2025, in may 205 informed me im in que. Septembre 2025 i received that IRCC recieve my application amd when I check it now shows in process. Till now didn't ask me for biometric, is that normal? I know some people ask them for biometric after their file is in process by 1 month only.

You can call them or request gcms notes for ok will try to call ,but I dont think agent will help since he always say cant give any information other than what you see .

I didn’t get a biometric request until 7 months later. So, yes this is normal. Everything is slow.
