2025 PR Application Timeline (Protected Person)

Hi everyone, I’m looking for advice from anyone with experience with a dependant of protected persons PR application in Quebec.
My timeline:
Aug 2023: Parents made a refugee claim in Canada and included me as a dependent at age 20.
Feb 2025: Parents’ refugee claim accepted; they became protected persons.
Mar 26, 2025: CSQ application submitted to Quebec.
Mar 27, 2025: PR application submitted to IRCC, with me included as a dependent outside Canada.
Oct 3, 2025: IRCC requested IMM 5406 – Additional Family Information.
Oct 8, 2025: IMM 5406 submitted.
Jan 15, 2026: IRCC sent me a direct letter confirming my inclusion
Jan 26, 2026: I submitted all requested documents.
Jul 3, 2026: Received Biometric Instruction Letter (BIL) and Medical Examination Instructions.
Jul 7, 2026: Biometrics completed
Jul 9, 2026: Medical examination completed
Jul 10, 2026: Medical results transmitted to IRCC.
Now no update
Questions:
What should be the next step at this stage?
When can I realistically expect my CSQ, considering it was submitted on March 26, 2025?
After CSQ issuance, approximately how long does it usually take for PPR/final decision?
Does IRCC normally wait for the CSQ before finalizing the PR application?
Has anyone with a similar Quebec protected-person dependant application recently received their CSQ or PPR? If so, please share your timeline.
Any recent experiences or timelines would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
CSQ is the next stage but that still you take many years. Have your parents received CSQ? Next would be your parents getting PR. Will still be many years before your parents and then you get PR. You can’t get married or become common law until you get PR.

Hello everyone, I just received my permanent AOR. I am December 2025 applicant. I think they are moving fast and hope everyone gets their AOR soon.
