Thanks might be sooner. 4 to 5 months is time for LPP to break but you are very close to 12 month mark. You should get oath trigger sometime in next 2 weeks for a June 3rd week oath. Also, once you touch 12 month mark, MP can also push for oath invite. I know a case where MP did as they were beyond 12 month mark, and they got an oath. MP are pretty helpless if citizenship is not granted (BG checks or prohibitions pending) but for oath they can help once you cross service standard which is unlikely for you.
The problem is Vancouver loves batch processing. So it is not me who got oath invite. From last 10 days, Montreal applicants processed in Vancouver are blasted with oath triggers. August applicants, September applicants with oath in December/Jan/Feb its all coming out random. I remember in March end Monteal previous batch ended, and April 1st week Calgary had a huge invite blast (Vancuover processd files).
I strongly feel you should see movement within next 2 weeks.
