Called today to know Vancouver office is my primary office even though I am based in London Ontario. Waiting on LPP still. Looks like that might take a while as I see some comments saying Vancouver office is slow.

Many times you reach all the way and you hear their agents are busy and they can’t receive your call so the call ends. You try and you get lucky

My LPP updated this morning. Primary office is Vancouver.
My submission was july 30. AOR is Sept 25. Ceremony remaining but not yet started

I just got off a call with IRCC. I was told that my processing office is Vancouver, even though I live in the GTA. The agent also informed me that my LPP has not yet been completed. Below are the correct instructions to contact IRCC (copied from a WhatsApp group):

Citizenship Queries – Phone Instructions to speak with an IRCC representative

Call: 1-888-242-2100
1. Wait exactly 1 minute and 30 seconds
2. Press 2 – No UCI
3. Press 3 – Inquiries
4. Press 4 – Citizenship
5. Press 0 – Talk to an agent

If offered a call back due to long wait time:
• Press 1
• Enter your 10-digit phone number
• Press 1 to confirm

thanks for sharing this. Has anyone tried ircc callback feature. Do they call back if you put your number in queue with them?
