Thanks, I called that number about 30 minutes ago but I haven't been able to find the right options, do you remember what you selected by any chance?
Bro you just gotta listen and follow the options. I cant remember maybe it was 111 4 11
Many times you reach all the way and you hear their agents are busy and they can’t receive your call so the call ends. You try and you get lucky
I just got off a call with IRCC. I was told that my processing office is Vancouver, even though I live in the GTA. The agent also informed me that my LPP has not yet been completed. Below are the correct instructions to contact IRCC (copied from a WhatsApp group):
Citizenship Queries – Phone Instructions to speak with an IRCC representative
Call: 1-888-242-2100
1. Wait exactly 1 minute and 30 seconds
2. Press 2 – No UCI
3. Press 3 – Inquiries
4. Press 4 – Citizenship
5. Press 0 – Talk to an agent
If offered a call back due to long wait time:
• Press 1
• Enter your 10-digit phone number
• Press 1 to confirm

LPP : 6 Jan 2026 ( updated on tracker: 8 Jan)
Oath on tracker updated on 15 Jan: for 31 Jan
Although 31 Jan is a Saturday, and IRCC OFFICES shows as closed on the weekend, I am assuming it might be an online oath. I have not received the email for the details yet. Anyone else have the same experience?

Yes you need to sit with her probably and cut her PR card when they ask you to do that.
Its all vancouver office with all lpp stuck ups. No point in burning ur energy.
It should be updated soon. I called them on 6th just to confirm the same if there is anything required or is everything okay since I didnt get LPP update too, and people with my timeline had the LPP completed, oath scheduled already. So they said everything was on track . However, when I checked on 8th again, my tracker was updated with LPP on the 6th itself( probably after my call). Hopefully you get the same update soon!
