2025 JULY Citizenship applications

I checked my account this morning , it said my citizenship ceremony changed to in progress on December 4th and am scheduled for my oath ceremony on December 18th.

Interestingly enough, I was checking for updates everyday and last night as well and there were no updates, so this does mean that it takes a few days for the tracker to be updated.

I haven't received the official invite though, so don't know if the ceremony would be virtual or in-person, will keep you folks updated.

This sounds great Rayna! So help me understand - Once you take the oath you're a citizen. And if all this took about 6months wouldn't that mean you're getting your Citizenship earlier?

I also applied for my Citizenship on the same day as you, but I'm just about a week or so behind in the updates. : )

This sounds great Rayna! So help me understand - Once you take the oath you're a citizen. And if all this took about 6months wouldn't that mean you're getting your Citizenship earlier?

I also applied for my Citizenship on the same day as you, but I'm just about a week or so behind in the updates. : )

Yep as soon as one takes their oath, they're a citizen. Rooting for you and all my fellow July applicants!

Can anyone advise if AOR is sent before test invite or after test invite. I completed the test but don’t know whether I received AOR. Could not track my citizenship application on the tracker. When I tried to create account with tracker it says below:

Correct these errors:​

• Incorrect or invalid information. Review and make sure it matches the information submitted on the Use of a Representative [IMM 5476] form or the Authority to Release Personal Information to a Designated Individual [IMM 5475] form. If you can’t create an account, it may be because your client’s application is not in our system yet

Can anyone advise why tracker isn’t working what am I missing here

By mistake if we did the test without ID and took the test again on same day with ID will that be a delay in progress. Should I contact IRCC via web form to find if they need anything else.

I just passed the test and there were no date related questions at all. I read Discover Canada and then did quiz from the same Youtube video everyone is referring to where 400 plus questions are present.

I dont have any crazy traveling history either. so trying to understand whats going on here. and any way to get any updates.

I see in excel sheet u applied family from ottawa.. check ur all email ..wife email ur other email also. For test
. Some time happens that bg check done later and test first

My gen z friend was also fighting with me but later she saw she was getting code for tracking on email which she once used during study permit .. so check all ur emails
