Applied on July 11, 2025. Background check: September 2, 2025. No update on citizenship test. Anyone in similar situation

Yep, we're on the same timeline. Applied July 13, BG completed Aug 28, and still no update on the test. Hope our turn comes soon!

Hey Vladi,

So similar to you, I recived my invitation during the week of Nov 21, and took the test on Nov 28. My tracker however has not updated with the citizenship test completion. Just says waiting on you, i.e. me. I called IRCC and was informed that they can see internally that I have taken the test. Hope this provides some comparison to others in a similar situation.

You would think they would get through the process faster since they skip a couple steps. I hope your mom get's a date for oath soon.

Thank you. Yes, thats my initial thought. But I guess waiting time is just the same as the others who applied with Language and Test.

It's exactly what I wrote there, my tracker was updated today (Dec 3) but it shows that the test was marked completed on their end on Dec 1.

My also updated .. it's say dec 3 but updated today 5 dec test result

updated as Dec 3, on the tracker but it appears as of today Dec 5, if that makes sense. Either ways, it's updating and it's nice to see how well they're keeping things moving despite all the Citizenship applications

Some one on whats app group ask me whats citizen exam team number .. mine was 3 .. he told then will update in 3 -4 days and it updated in 4 days

I checked my account this morning , it said my citizenship ceremony changed to in progress on December 4th and am scheduled for my oath ceremony on December 18th.

Interestingly enough, I was checking for updates everyday and last night as well and there were no updates, so this does mean that it takes a few days for the tracker to be updated.

I haven't received the official invite though, so don't know if the ceremony would be virtual or in-person, will keep you folks updated.
