I am feb 16,2024 did not get p1 yet but got info to update my Imm IMM 0008 SCH14...did anyone ever encounter this?

My Eligibility etc was already approved and just background check was left...I saw email thinking it was p1 but unfortunately not.

Hi everyone! I just received my P2 email and I’m trying to upload my photo. When I upload it, I get a message saying “Your photo may be too bright or too dark.” Also, my original photo is in colour, but after uploading, the preview appears black and white.


Has anyone experienced this? Is this normal, or does it mean there’s an issue with the photo? I’d really appreciate it if anyone who has already completed P2 could let me know. Thank you!
