I am sure it will start soon. Honestly there isn't much you can do at this time but wait. It may have already started but the system hasn't caught the change.
I am not sure honestly. I applied for ATIP notes and waiting for their response to find out about this. The fact that security started is a good sign and it can be finalized any moment. My heart goes out to people whose security hasn't even started after years of waiting.
Guys dont bother about security checks and if it has started or not. One week before I got ny P1, I got my GCMS note which said security not started. Does it mean they started and ended my security withing a week??.
You are lucky your security checked IRCC internal & finished very soon. If forward comprehensive A34 then involve CBSA & CICS then wait one year more. My started A34 March 2026.
My situation is really bad ,, I’m August 2024 applicant and to date didn’t get even eligibility or pre arrival letter . June 9 2026 k got a list from ircc asking me to submit pcc they send a long list and have selected only pcc to be submitted,, which I didn’t on June 16 and got confirmation email for them on June 19,, July 15 a reminder letter was sent to me ,, I approached to my mp’s office they reached out to ircc and they said they asked me for so many other documents which I never submitted I said they asked me to submit only pcc,, mp’s office said it’s miss understanding between officer and us we need to send them all dox, but asked me to wait till 10 business days which is today … if we don’t hear back from ircc will reach them out .. is there someone under same situation?
Received p2 on July 22 and submitted same but still waiting next step on ecopr… really worried
My work permit is about to expire in December. When should I apply for renewal? Did anyone recently apply for it? What's the current processing time?
