Sometimes you need to ask agents precise questions
Such as status of eligibility, info sharing, criminality, and security. Some agents are helpful while some don’t have a clue.
 
That what I want too but they say the can’t see anything … i asked this lady today I didn’t get eligibility letter till date do you see anything positive in your system ? She was like because eligibility is not passed that’s why you didn’t get the letter I was just ,, what else to say these unprofessional people omg really my 3 year could provide better customer service then them … sad very sad
 
Ask the question in this way when they ask how can I help you today.
I want to know the last update on the officer notes on my application.
Then see if they are willing to share those notes. If the agent says they can't share that, then say this.
I would like to know when was the last update on the officer notes.
Usually, the agent should provide the last officer note update dates.
If they are not helpful in this, then ask for the updates on ASSESSMENTS (Eligibility, Security, Criminality, Info sharing, and Final Decision)

If this information has no new updates, then request GCMS notes. For that, you have to apply for an ATIP on your own from here - https://atip-aiprp.apps.gc.ca/atip/welcome.do

I talked with one who was clueless and rude at same time . Some don’t understand how long people have waited to get to this stage. He kept raising his voice.
I called back a few days later and spoke with a lady who showed empathy and gave me detailed info on my application
