I have noticed that applicants who applied between August and September 2024 are now receiving responses. However, I am not seeing any updates for those who applied between January and April 2024.
Since my Spouse in Canada got Eligibility on May 30, 2025 and I (dependant overseas) got pre-arrival on June 9, 20,25 - nothing since
If you have received any responses from IRCC for applications submitted in the first quarter of 2024, could you share what type of responses IRCC is issuing?

I think January to June 2024 has not seen any change since eligibility and prearrival. I am losing sleep daily.

It must be very hard, there is few in the range here whose files have moved . However
I’m not sure how IRCC does it. Seems a lot of 2023 applicants are still waiting ,
Many stuck at security.
IRCC says each case is unique, whatever they mean by that.

Applied for or 28 August 2024 and to date haven’t received eligibility or pre arrival confirmation.

I have dependents outside and I’m inland main applicant .

For Protected Persons PR, current real timelines are often12 to 24 months sometimes longer, your case is still within normal range. Hoping you will get your Pre Arrival soon. Order GCMS notes & see your status of application.
