There’s no reliable way to predict, you’ll receive it soon. Background checks and document reviews can slow things down unpredictably.

They don’t work during weekends, so the emails you receive are usually automated.

Hi guys. I am a 2023 applicant. I am here to warn you about psychopath who may be trying to play with people’s feelings. This person may have several accounts and sometimes acts like both the good and the bad guy. These accounts claim that they received PR, but I believe those claims are fake.
IRCC did not issue any PRs for 2024, and PR issuance appears to be paused until April this year, which is the start of the financial year. Please ignore this person and do not let them mislead you.

I’m not going to say that either person is being untruthful, and I’m also not going to say that people who applied in 2024 aren’t getting PR. A prominent immigration lawyer mentioned that one of their clients - a protected person - received his PR this year.

My spouse is a protected person in Canada, and I am the dependant outside of Canada. My spouse applied in February 2024 and received the AOR in July 2024. He received his eligibility letter on May 30, 2025, and I got my pre‑arrival letter a few days later. The only things that are outstanding for us now are background checks and medicals for me and son.

One of my friend he applied refugee February 2022 and i applied May 2022 and then he pass the court july 2023 and he applied to pr august 2023. I pass the court also july 2024 and i applied pr august 2024. Afet he applied pr he got pre arrival mail after a few months but i got pre arrival mail 1 month ago. There is a one-year difference between us. But i got p1 and p2 mail then I'm waiting ecopr and he just got pre arrival mail after that didn't anything.
we knows each other and he is very happy for me and I thing i just lucky for that. I'm praying about him.
Actually, there are many factors influencing this process. It's not about any one person, it's about the system. If you think about this every day, life can become very difficult for you, so it's best to try to focus on your life.

I applied in August 2024 didn’t hear anything after biometrics until march 2026 I received pre arrival and eligibility with a week
So I know for p1 is close.
For someone to say all 2024 applicant who said they received PR are misleading others is a wild thing to say
All cases are different, waiting since 2023 can be frustrating but why treat others who got it as fake or misleading. That brother needs help
