I did call this morning and no news they say no update on file … lol idk how they works

When I called in I asked detailed questions like
Whats my eligibility status, security, criminality etc . If you don’t asked precised questions agents will tell you it’s in process.

I didn’t ask them detailed precised questions, I just asked any update on my or file and she said it’s in process that’s all .

Does not hurt to try . Some agents are helpful
While others are not.
If agents mentioned status as passed , I ask for dates
