I’m July 24, 2024 applicant, received pre arrival letter on March 05 and that’s it.

have you check your gc key if you have any ghost update or final decision but it looks like they are currently processing August 2024 application especially those who secondary office is at Montreal
Applied Aug 2024 here. I received pre-arrival on March 6 2026. Waiting for Eligibility and Final Decision.
If your secondary office is Montreal, you are gonna receive portal 1 within a week
