It seems they approving applications for August 2024…looks like all those who received pre arrival and portal one are all August 2024 applicants

P1 will receive via email and yes you need a latest picture but it will require for P2

Congratulations. I’m waiting for my eCOPR. In my case, I only got pre-arrival, eligibility P1 and P2. And yet some people still doubting or saying things that don’t even make sense. From what I’ve noticed, it really depends on the officer working on your file. Different agents handle files differently, and timelines can vary. At the end of the day, every case is unique. Wishing everyone good news soon.

in my case my dependents are inside Canada
