Looks like it’s portal one, once you submit I believe you’ll get portal 2 which will ask you to upload your picture as per the required PR requirements and boom,, you’ll get your COPR soon.

Did they ask you for your height, residential address and uci an some other things and reply back to the same mail when you got your portal 1?
