@shlo I am having the same problem but i email IRCC and this is their response to me:
We verified the information you provided. Only the principal applicant’s portion of an In-Canada Protected Persons and Convention Refugees permanent residence application can be linked to an online account. Since you are a dependent on this application, you will not have the option to link your application to an online account.
Instead, to view the status of your application online, you may use the e-Client Application Status (e-CAS) tool. If it becomes possible for dependents to link their own part of the application to an online account, the information will be made available on our website.

well, can be a number of things - not imputing the correct info as what was given on form, its not the one year window applications or the DR2 concurrent. it can be either. the option is there for him to fill out the online form and ask the questions. I do hopes that help
Well same here can’t link it to my GCkey. I mostly just call them and ask what’s the update.
I applied for my PR July 2024
AOC and Biometric received October 2024
May 2025 requested additional information for my dependant outside Canada. Nothing else has been requested or received so far. Anyone also on this table?
How does one get their applications detail/notes - IF your still here as by now, you should have gotten your PR I assumed
Hi, I've applied my PR *end of February* but instead of the AOR, I've received an email with "Submission Confirmation Letter" on friday. Does everyone receive this before AOR? It says in it I still can't link my application. I've called IRCC today and they told me they can't estimate when I'd receive an AOR.
I don't understand why it took so long for them to confirm that they have received the documents if it's not even reviewed if it's complete. The number mentioned in it starts with XG.
How long usually after this possibly will I get the AOR?
