You are lucky your security checked IRCC internal & finished very soon. If forward comprehensive A34 then involve CBSA & CICS then wait one year more. My started A34 March 2026.

What was your timeline?
and what's the reason for a34?
At what stage does the a34 decision take place? Before or after eligibility assessment?

weird, none of my in land dependents got medical examination but we all did biometrics

IRCC does not always request a new medical exam for every family member at the same time. They may reuse a previous medical, waive it, or request it later depending on the person and application.
IRCC may require biometrics from everyone who is eligible/required.
