You cant fly air France, you need a Schengen visa to transit in France, Fly Lufthansa or Air Canada and transit in Germany or you can also fly Air Canada to Milan or ITA Airways to Rome. You cant pass through Paris without a Visa.

I learnt the hard was as I was denied boarding but airfrance made up for it by offering to put me in ITA but I had already bought another ticket as a contigency plan.

I received my P2 on Aug 08 and replied the same day, but I have not receive ECOPR yet , Is it normal ? Is anyone else in the same situation as me ?

Yes, absolutely. Some applicants receive eCoPR just 2–4 days after P2, while others wait several weeks. In my case, I received mine within 4 days as well. It seems to vary from case to case depending on IRCC’s processing. Hopefully yours comes soon!

Just got my pr card...from processing date change in gckey portal Sep 11 till today 16th...ecopr Sep 1st...so still waiting for my wife's card...shouod be here early next week...note that these are being mailed from NS centralized intake office...what an odd location from a logistical perspective anyways...after 7 years in Canada here we are...

Hey dont be sad, my security started on around march 18 and my final decision done by april 07, so when they start it, wont take months, is just need to be started, two, three weeks. I waited for 32 months and my dependants are also overseas, you are not alone, but let me tell you there is hope. After my ecopr received , 04 months later my dependants received the passport requested. So cheer you up, you already waited the most.

Just an advice, try to keep alive your file, call IRCC ask to the agent if can make a note on your file. I asked that once and my fie started moving.

Thank you so much for the hope. You always being so kind. Have a question. Can I file mandamus at this stage? IRCC requested govt forms which I submitted 10 months ago. Being govt employee in our home country can trigger comprehensive security. Because my eligibility and pre arrival were also late . I received 18 months after submitting application. That’s I am worried.

I don’t understand .. thy ask for documents and we submit it in same time. Why thy delay the application
And the same documents already submitted when I apply the PR APPLICATION

These days are so quiet i think , i think they are working on making plans for 2027-2028 most of the time around September to November they are working on new plan for next year so, i check every day here, but I didn’t see any FD after middle of August

I’m done every day my kids ask when we are coming to you

Kindly get an RTD and travel at least to a neutral ground and see the kids. It is mandatory because they need you (basing on what you said about them asking you all the time). Just do it for the kids.
