Hi all , I applied my PR application as protected person on 25-APR-2023 , received pre-arrival and eligibility on 09-AUG-2024, Yesterday after almost 38 Months i got update requesting Biometric for my daughter who recently completed 17 years here in Canada and i found a Request Letter in my GCKey account , this request letter having 2 section consent and declaration and IMM 5669 electronic declaration but when i opened it the PDF for this Request letter is not allowing me to edit or submit , i called IRCC the agent told me that the file case officer requested some information but i dont have any idea or email for that iam afraid that the file show as pending with me and i dont have any anything to action on , any advice ?

Why does the IRCC processing time calculator show an estimated '1 month left' for application dates ranging all the way from September 2022 to November 2023? Is this artificial grouping or stagnation designed to deter or prevent applicants from filing a Writ of Mandamus?

Congratulations to everyone who has finally received good news. I hope the rest of us will hear good news soon too. Every few days, I get an IRCC survey about my work permit, yet there is still no update on my PR application. It’s really frustrating and discouraging to spend 38 months checking your email every single day, hoping for that long-awaited good news.
