Hello, has anyone ever filed a Mandamus and was it successful?, or has anyone done a petition before and received a response from IRCC, are there any current petitions we can sign up for? I am a June 2023 applicant and haven’t received anything since eligible/pre-arrival.

My friend did that and nothing happened till now, it has been like 8 months, i think his next stage is to wait for a court session. He is 2022 applicant, I will update you here once he is done

July 2020 , and when applied for travel document I received letter that your biometric valid until 2030 .

We are May 2023. And security hasn’t started yet. No updates.

did you not see the option to upload the police certificate? also, you’re supposed to submit a PCC from any country where you lived for more than 6 months. you should have uploaded it. I hope you at least mentioned in your application that you lived in Saudi Arabia.

yes, i think you should submit it now through the IRCC webform. since you lived in Saudi Arabia for more than 6 months, the PCC is usually required anyway. It may help avoid delays later if the officer asks for it.

wait are we supposed to submit PCC from our original country too?
