2023 PR Applications Timeline (Protected Persons & Refugees)

Nothing here,unfortunately, but I see some 2024 applications are getting their pr as of today.
if they wanted to cancel our application then they never introduce 1.15 lakh p.r approval in 2026-27
So why did the processing stop for more than four months, and now we hear that they started issuing PR for 2024 applicants?
I saw few people from oct 2022 to march 2023 who got final decision in jan feb and march may be the next month is for april applicant
This is my guess. if we roughly calculate based on the current timelines, it is applicable to receive the decisions for mid 2024 applicants onwards. I think IRCC will process the application of mid 2024 applicants based on the current timelines. Those before mid 2024 applicants will fall into one time initiative program and might implement it gradually starting from April together with TR to PR program.
