I just figured my eCOPR has an error in it but I don't know if it causes any issues if I don't send a request to amend it. For the place of birth they wrote my country name instead of the city and wrote the country name again in the country of birth.

Did anybody find same thing in their eCOPR if so could it have any impact in the future if not corrected?

I kinda wanted to avoid sending requests I don't want them to mess with it or delay the PR card. Any advices appreciated.

I suggest call them. It's the Best You can do.
Mistakes are not good. Better to delay But get correct documents.

My question is, should we reapply the medical card and sin number after PR, and what else should we do?
You dont have to wait for PR to apply for Health card. Once you get a positive NOD you can go ahead and apply as your interim federal health coverage covers you up to 90 days after you become a protected person.

The medical health card has already been created. Will the same card continue after the PR card? Will some changes have to be made to it and extra coverage?

Imagine this, i passed elegibility may 2024. And just silent after that. Looks like they are not working in Our files.
Should be our time, it passed 24 months (+) But they increase and increase processing times. When You reach the time, so they increase more and You can't request help to MP because You are still "within the timeframe"

This table should explain why you are waiting. The backlog is over 115k and the yearly target for PR for protected people and their families abroad is 20k. Processing times is also listed as 44months.

So I have to make new one or continue same until expire?
Second I have to inform bank and what about new sin no?

You can use the same health card until it expires. Yes you should inform anyone who depends on your SIN# or status in Canada (some programs are only available to PRs and citizens but those are fairly rare).
