March 2023. My child is in my home country. I said many times “Maybe next month you can come”. But always change. Now I can’t say anything to my child.

Have you gotten your final decision? After you receive the final decision then your dependent will take about 4 more years then they get final decision and can come to Canada.

Different situation. My child received pre-arrival letter last year.

Yes, she is. I even request visitor visa but of course it was denied. Imagine 3.5 years away from the mother. It´s hard for a child.
