With all the new waiting time the earliest I heard was 28 months…!

No one receives earliest from last 1.5 years cuz they strict with quota and they usually taking 29 months or 28 months earliest I can say but they keep slowing down I’m on 27 months mid, no update yet. Sad but truth.

Did you request by mail, teh CD? It is better request by email. No charges.
No there is strike, Canada Poste. If you requested by mail, your package will be delayed.
