I have a question. I checked my PR portal today and noticed that the Delete icon for attached file is no longer available . Is it the same for you as well ?

It is a bug. If you hover your mouse to the right of the file name you will see that there is a clickable invisible icon which is supposed to be the trash bin icon. For some reason it is bugged and invisible. Click that to delete the file.

My guess that they will be issuing final decisions for April 20th onwards starting early December.

Not yet and one or two induvial from this forums got the P2 on November 7th, that is the reason i asked that anyone got the ecopr recently. After that i can contact them.
