As much as I understand your frustration, things take time. Even info sharing or security can delay your files completion.
When they will issue copr after my pr photo got accepted.Nope, just wait for any message or the next best thing, PR Cards in mail

October 15: AOR Calgary office
October 19: Médical exam requested
October 22: medical exam submitted
October 25: medical exam received
Nov 11: requested schedule A IMM5669
NOV 15: IMM 5669 submitted
Nov 18: PR approved and PR portal sent
Nov 18: replied to PR portal email
Nov 19: portal credential sent
Nov 20: uploaded document to portal
Nov 23: eCOPR received
Dec 16: PR card received
