As you said above that they sent you letter on September 27 and also you got AOR on September 27th. So, i think ircc agent is referring to that email only.
They cant send you refusal and aor on same day. So dont stress out. It must be confusion.

Stream: International Graduate
Submitted: May 6, 2021 (Submitted at 12:56 pm EST)
Medical: September 9, 2021 You passed the medical exam. Uploaded the previous one done for study permit (passed, can see it in my profile)
PCC request: N/A (Uploaded when submitting the application)
Linked - Sept 16, 2021
Biometrics request:-Sept 16, 2021 (Could have used the record from study permit and visa, not sure why they asked me to redo it)
Biometrics done: Sept 17, 2021
AOR: - Sept 16, 2021
Background check(ghost update): Oct 08, 2021
Portal email: Oct 08, 2021
Portal Credential: Oct 12, 2021

Any thought of the IME number? The IME I used in submission was the done in 2018. I had expected them to ask me to redo it, but they ended up satisficing with it, probably I did not travel within last years and is considered low risk. My gut feeling is that the 2018 IME expires and they gave me a new one, which is now on my eCOPR. I really do not want to request the error change as people said it could take 6 months.... Pls tell me IME is not important at the time.

Hey guys, I got my AOR in Aug 10. First GU in Sept 10 and the second on in Sept 20. Then no updates. Anyone has any idea? Thank you!

Hi guys, I made a mistake on my stream B essential non healthcare application. I uploaded my NOA for 2020 and 2018 instead of 2020 & 2019 ( started working in 2019 ). However, I uploaded correct both T4 and all work contracts for 2019 & 2020. Will this mistake affect my application? Im extremely worrying abt it. TIA !!!

Does anybody knows how long are the PCC valid for this PR to PR pathway? they requested it and I did mine May 4th, because they ask what's the expiry date and have no idea.

Also, is linking the application and seeing they are requesting PCC and Medical good? like getting an AOR? or you can still get refused despite good medical and pic after submitting?

I am waiting for the Biometrics letter so I asked why I did not receive the Biometrics letter to IRCC.

They replied to me that we already sent you some documents.
I did not receive any documents.

I'm worried that this is kind of like a refuse letter.

Hi, please can you tell how did you get answer that they sent you required documents. Because I am waiting for my biometric request letter. On status they shows that my husband’s biometric’s they have. So I am waiting for request letter.
