This is my timeline.

1. We received your application for permanent residence on November 30, 2021.
2. We started processing your application on May 9, 2022.
3. Medical results have been received.
4. We sent you a letter on May 9, 2022. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.
   

I am wondering if IRCC has received the application documents that I sent on May 24th. I checked TCS express delivery, it says that documents were delivered. Can anyone tell me about any possibility to know if they have received it?

Secondly, I didn't send any Medical exam, why does it say in step 3 that "Medical results have been received".

There is no way to know other than calling them which is near impossible these days. You have to dedicate 2 to 3 days constantly calling may be you will be able to get a human agent on the phone.
It refers to your initial medical exam which is expired by now.

2. Temporary Application Number is given
3. Acknowledge of Receipt (AOR) is provided by IRCC. You can link your application now in GCKey account.

I dont know what comes next in sequence
Medical, pre-arrival letter, eCOPR, Invitation to PR portal email, Login Credentials etc....

I jut got reply with my username and PW for the portal. It asks three things. To confirm you live in Canada, confirm address and upload photo. I did all hop next answer is ecopar.

Will they ask for medical exam or not?
