Hi there.
Would like to thank everyone on this forum as I am about to submit my package this week.
I have read through the details through search on format of the application and have garnered a ton of ideas and thoughts.
Just a few quick ones to help with a modern way to submit keeping in mind the trend of potential returns based on well some weird scenarios. (So being careful)
1. It says that the document checklist must be attached as the cover of the application. Should I simply include this "outside" of my planned strategy of having a sponsor folder, an applicant folder and a supporting documents folder? Like perhaps just paperclip it to the front of the first folder?
2. For the color coding would be it be OK to attribute a color to each section (Sponsor, Applicant, Documents)?
3. Will also be including a general table of contents and then specific ones for each folder/section based on whatever "extra" I am including. How does that sound? I suppose having TOC pointing to specific documents would make it nice and easy.
Any tips thoughts and considerations would be great; I have a pretty good idea on what to do but always open to modern concepts to ensure that my application is submitted as easy to follow and customized to today's immigration officers expectations. I also don't want to overcomplicate things as well.
Thanks.
