As an outlander you had done medical recently . Can you please tell me had you sent your Emedical sheet to IRCC and share the link where you uploaded it. Explain the procedure in detail which will be helpful to me because I have also got myself medical examined yesterday.

Medical done by panelist doctor 01/10/2021 and got Emedical sheet from them . Can I send it to the same link given by you.

You book the medical appointment first.
After medical done , you will get e-Medical information sheet.
Crosscheck all the details in the sheet then and there(if mistake, inform them)
You can upload the eMedical information sheet through the webform
