Got passport submission letter, Is passport submission needs appointment , ? Or we can simply go and submit the package.? Kindly guide.

I want to know that my husband is living in another country and i and my three kids live in pakistan . Can my husband give his medical exam from his residing country..pls if any one know about this situation guid me.
