If I call IRCC frequently. Is there any negative impact on my application?

No it's doesn't matter but should call on interval so get real update, by calling everyday crat stress for you, nothing else

it depends on the country. right now if you are in India and trying to book your appointment then it will not give you success because right now only students are allowed for the biometrics in India and the rest if you are in a different country then I don't have any idea about it.

As per vaccination rate in Canada, Canada will achieved them 100% target end of August 2021, so we (Outlander) have 2 more months of waiting for resume our process.

The production of that vaccines are limited. Canada is super power and could order them on time and got them. But other countries couldn't. For example my country,here we can only have sinovac or sputnic v. I have been waiting for pr for 23 months.How can they reject to complete my application if i can't get approved vaccines.It is not my fault.

If I call IRCC frequently. Is there any negative impact on my application?

The only challenge I see if we call frequently and speak to agent is that agent will open the file to give the update and every closing and opening the file has a timestamp on it. Some times immigration officer might find that time stamp is recently updated then it means that someone is working on the file, so they might not pick that file for further processing or checking. It is just my thought.
