Government in my country vaccinate with sinovac.Will Canada require chinese vaccine certificate?I already got first jab.

not at all. any vaccination will be ok. you just have to get a shot of any vaccine and you have to provide its certificate.

One of my friend's friend have got biometric instruction and he have completed even, so that meas ircc obviously working for outland but when all stages are passed and just need last stage Medical they put us on hold.

exactly they are putting us on hold because they don't want us to enter Canada right now and if they ask for medical then its validity is also 1 year and that's why they are putting us on hold in medical. when they will require us there then they will ask for medical.

not at all. any vaccination will be ok. you just have to get a shot of any vaccine and you have to provide its certificate.

Canada and Europe will only consider those vaccine which are registered in WHO.
